Refund Policy
A transaction, once confirmed, is final and no cancellation is permissible. However, CONFOSTER SPORTE TECHNOLOGE PRIVATE LIMITED may, at its sole and absolute discretion, permit a Member to cancel a transaction and refund the amount paid: If the Membe sends a written request to CONFOSTER SPORTE TECHNOLOGE PRIVATE LIMITED from the registered email Id to cancel such payment; or If the payment is made for participation in the paid version(s) of the Contest(s), the cancellation request must be received a least 2 days prior to the commencement of the round in respect of which the payment is made; CONFOSTER SPORTE TECHNOLOGE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable to refund any amount thereafter. CONFOSTER SPORTE TECHNOLOGE PRIVATE LIMITED may, at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the Member after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. However, if in a transaction performed by you on the CONFOSTER SPORTE TECHNOLOGE PRIVATE LIMITED Platform, money has been charged to your card or bank account and respective amount is not added in your CONFOSTER SPORTE TECHNOLOGE PRIVATE LIMITED account within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then you shall inform us by sending an e-mail to helpdesk@batch20.com from your registered e-mail address. Please include in the e-mail the following details – the mobile number, transaction value, transaction date and transaction id. CONFOSTER SPORTE TECHNOLOGE PRIVATE LIMITED will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the balance in your Batch20 account, then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of receipt of your e mail. All refunds will be credited to your Batch20 account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
